Everyone starts from the same open list. Right match explains in words, never with a number, why an opening may suit you. Filters run on your own device, so browsing sends your profile nowhere.

AI structures your CV, drafts a letter using only facts already in your evidence, and proposes skill terms that each quote something you said out loud. Nothing is saved until you accept it.

Taila, your guide, shows you around and speaks in her own recorded voice. She says she is a computer voice before anything else. Available in 12 languages, including right-to-left scripts.

Why the coin is not a score

CHOICE is earned through education, play and the bounty board, and sits in its own balance, apart from your evidence. It records what the community gave you for taking part, not a judgement about who you are. It is never signed as a credential, never shown to an employer as proof, and never used to order, filter or compare people.

What is CHOICE iD?
CHOICE iD is a portable evidence layer for working life. It brings together the accounts, diplomas, certificates and on-chain proof you already hold, confirms each one with whoever issued it, and lets you prove selected evidence through a link you control and can withdraw. It is built by CHOICE Foundation, and you can use it in the CHOICE iD app in any browser.
Where can I find jobs I am actually qualified for?
CHOICE iD lists openings from EURES, covering the public employment services of 31 European countries, from TED public procurement notices, and from company job boards on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Personio, SmartRecruiters and Workable. Everyone starts from the same list. Right match explains in words why an opening may suit you, never with a number, and you filter it yourself on your own device.
How can an employer verify a candidate without collecting documents?
The candidate sends a link made for that one recipient. It opens the items they selected, each naming the issuer that confirmed it and the date of confirmation, with a signature that can be checked independently. The employer stores nothing, and the candidate can revoke the link when the process ends.
Can I prove a diploma or a certificate?
Yes. Certificates and badges are confirmed with the body that issued them and matched to you, rather than to an uploaded scan. Certificates minted on-chain are matched to a wallet you have connected, from issuers on an allow list. A photo of a document is never accepted, because nobody can verify it.
Does CHOICE iD give people a score or a rating?
No. No score, rank or percentile about a person exists anywhere in the system. Employers cannot search, browse or rank people, and there is no candidate directory. This is a design rule, not a setting.
What is CHOICE, the coin?
CHOICE is the community coin from CHOICE Foundation, earned through education, play and the bounty board, and held in your balance in the app. It is a reward, never a rating: it is never used as evidence, never shown to an employer as proof, and never ranks a person.
Can a recruitment agency use CHOICE iD?
Yes. Today agencies receive the same revocable evidence links as employers: confirmed items, each with its issuer and date, and nothing to store. Coming soon: agencies and employers posting their own openings into the same open list, clearly labelled. Because CHOICE iD produces no score, rank or profile, nothing entering an agency's process is an automated assessment of a candidate.
Who is Taila?
Taila is your guide inside CHOICE iD. She shows you the next step, celebrates what you finish and speaks in her own recorded voice in 12 languages. Before anything else she tells you she is a computer voice. She never scores you and never decides for you.
Who can see my profile?
Only the people you send a link to. Profiles are private by default. Each link is made for one recipient, carries a label, and can be revoked at any time.
Does AI decide anything about me?
No. AI structures a CV, drafts a letter from facts already in your evidence, and proposes skill terms that each quote something you said. It never scores or ranks a person. Right match compares openings with what you told it and shows the reasons in words, and nothing is saved until you accept it.
